gkhouses Is Now Evernest

Big News From Our Founder and CEO, Matthew Whitaker!

I have some exciting news to share and I wanted you to be the first to find out about it.

We are changing our name to Evernest!

gkhouses was an iteration of our original name, Golden Key. Honestly, neither of these names meant anything to us because when we originally branded the property management business, it was an afterthought. We never intended on growing a big property management company.

So, we wanted a name that embodied who we are and embodied who we want to be. We believe that “Evernest” does just that.

‘Ever’ means consistent and makes you think of the word ‘everlasting’. While ‘nest’ brings to mind the warm feelings of home.

What better way to describe our property management company than someone who is ‘consistently looking out for your home’?

What’s that mean for you?

This month we are going to be executing on the brand change. New logo, new colors, new signs, the works. You will probably get some stuff from us that has the old brand on it and some updated stuff from us that has the new brand. Our goal is to be moved over to the new brand by the end of the month. This also includes a new website – evernest.co.

If you have any questions about the change, please feel free to reach out to our team. The support@gkhouses.com email still works, and the phone numbers have not changed.

We appreciate your patience and partnership as we embark on this new journey together!

P.S. Did you know that Evernest (I already love saying that!) now has offices in Atlanta, Birmingham, Boulder, Chattanooga, Denver, Fort Collins, Jackson (MS), Little Rock, and Nashville?

If you own homes, condos, or small multifamily buildings in other cities, we’d love to manage for you there as well.
