1. Why do I have to recreate a new account?

I agree.  This is a HUGE pain.  Because we changed from the old company’s software to the new software, we need to get you into our system.

2. How do I pay my rent?

We’d PREFER you to pay through our online portal.  There are no fees if you pay by direct deposit/ACH.  However, there is a fee for paying with a credit card.  Although we suggest not financing your rent.

3. How do I submit a work order if something breaks?

Again, we have a preferred method and another method.  The BEST way is to submit a work order through your online portal.  This allows the work order to go directly into our system.  Please give a detailed description and upload photos.

The other way is to call our office (615) 925-3880 and hit extension 1.  This will take you to our maintenance department where you can tell them what is going wrong.

4. What is the best way to communicate with you?

The best way to communicate with us is by using our support email address . . . support@evernest.co  We prefer (there it is again) to keep everything in writing.  If you’d like to talk on the phone, please email support and request a callback.
